........WELCOME TO SCOTTS ROCKETS HOME PAGE........

I got the water rocket bug about 3 months ago. I read web site after web site and gathered so much info my head was about to explode. One common thing I found out was that water rocket/launchers are about as unique and different as people are. Also that the parts that a guy uses in Germany are not the same as a guy in California would use. therefore I have created this site, the most complete and easy to follow instruction on the web (yeah right). Another thing I would like to mention is that if you go to any search engine like "Google" or "Yahoo" and just type in "Water Rockets" and just start reading and looking at the pictures! The launchers look like CRAP, I have seen dog leashes, cloths hangers, kite string, ect ect ect and enough grey duct tape to circle the earth holding these rockets and launchers together. I have created two launch systems so far, one made out of 1/2 PVC with 2 O rings and the cable tie release system, I charge this system to 120 psi and let it sit over night with water in the bottle! "NO LEAKS" and not a single psi drop at all. The second launcher is the "GARDEN HOSE QUICK RELEASE SYSTEM" again a perfect design and very clean and reliable.

Yes those are PEPSI CANS, but it's not what it seems. Under the Pepsi cans is a Air-O-Can that is used as a compressed air can for cleaning computers. It can hold up to 120 psi. I used the Pepsi cans as reinforcements to strengthen the Air-O-Can.
